Job Description Lead CRM Campaign Manager

As a Lead CRM Campaign Manager you will involve designing, developing and maintaining CRM and targeted marketing programmes for the client, Albert Heijn.

You will work in a dynamic and fast paced environment and develop data driven solutions while being very customer centric. As a Lead CRM Campaign Manager you will be responsible for Campaign Management for all Customer Specific Marketing campaigns as well as developing and optimising processes for running campaigns – targeting, brief writing, data processing, quality control, reporting, automation, and designing the CRM roadmap in The Netherlands.

Main activities:

  • Lead the implementation, development and optimisation of CRM in The Netherlands
  • Lead the team: inspire creativity, deliver results, be customer centric
  • Drive results in the form of redemptions, increased customer loyalty and ROI for all campaigns.
  • Work with analysts to implement a test and learn approach, optimise the programme and drive better results, creating recommendations for the retailer and Symphony EYC.
  • Single point of contact for internal and external teams regarding each CRM in The Netherlands
  • Thought leadership, creating insight lead, results focused targeted marketing
  • Deliver an annual CRM strategy and digital strategy
  • Develop new targeted marketing programmes
  • Present results back to the client
  • Engage and influence senior client and internal stakeholders

Your profile

  • 2+ years of experience in leading a team and influencing senior people
  • Experience in database marketing, one-to-one targeting, and campaign design
  • Experience in Retail Marketing (preferably grocery/FMCG)
  • Knowledge of local retail market
  • Used to work with campaign management tools and data processing software
  • Highly structured with excellent project management and planning skills and high attention to detail
  • Commercial skills to create revenue opportunities
  • Strong team spirit
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel

Working conditions

  • Competitive salary up to €100K
