As Database Marketeer your mission is to leverage all data available from internal as well as external sources to support the (Online) Marketing team in reaching its objectives. The current data models are build up externally, so your internal focus lies on analyzing and collecting data.
- Jointly creating workable insights, that will drive CRM objectives
- Advise & support all consumer e-mail marketing activities by:
- Utilizing internal databases, market & consumer research and trends to determine most profitable activities (e.g. next best actions)
- Defining clear KPIs
- Advising on experiments and tests executed by the CRM Manager
- Evaluating & reporting on the outcome
- Maintain and enrich marketing databases and monitor data quality
- Applying and further developing existing consumer segmentations and models
- Establish & maintain a CRM dashboard and provide periodical reporting to internal stakeholders

You will be part of the Consumer Insights & Analytics Team which support Marketing, Operations & Product formulating and executing on the joined strategic and tactical business objectives.
