You will be responsible for optimal customer relationship management of a complex large client in London and its marketing service suppliers (agencies). You manage and secure the process of customer requests to excellent operational execution at the agency. You coordinate, delegate and monitor to ensure quality requirements, deadlines and budgets are met (SLA management). You develop strong relationships at several levels and will travel 1 or 2 times a month to London.
